Location

Terrace View is located in the wonderful wine-growing region of Hawke’s Bay. Maraekakaho Village is the closest settlement, while Hastings is a 25 minute drive away. Maraekakaho offers a number of accommodation options, two cafes and a craft brewery with wood-fired pizzas in a beautiful country setting. There are plenty of stunning photo opportunities both at the venue and around the district.

Venue

Terrace View Vineyards is a magnificent 150 hectare terraced vineyard in Hawke’s Bay. With breath-taking vistas to the Kaweka Ranges and 180 degree views of the world famous Ngaruroro river terraces, this venue is one to remember. The architecturally designed building is synonymous with the surrounds and enhances the stunning Hawke’s Bay landscape. From warm winter functions with the outdoor fire roaring, to throwing open the folding doors and basking in the Hawke’s Bay summer sun, Terrace View has so much to offer all year round for you and your guests.

Terrace View can comfortably seat up to 120 guests for formal dining with numerous indoor/outdoor options for cocktail style events. There are options for more guests if required. Some of the outstanding features at Terrace View include a large outdoor patio area, outdoor fireplace, walled courtyard garden, grand scale fountains, garden lighting, and ornate balconies.

We can cater for intimate gatherings or larger events with many stunning locations available and ample on-site parking facilities.
